Our principals and advisors have decades of experience starting, financing and growing highly successful healthcare companies. Our track record includes investments in over 30 healthcare companies many of which have completed public offerings. Members of our investment team have personally led four companies to IPO’s including two NYSE traded companies which achieved revenues in excess of $1 billion dollars. We seek to identify companies with talented management teams and innovative products and services who are capable of building substantial value. We are looking for growth stage companies that require capital to fund expansion generated internally and/or through acquisition. Areas of interest include healthcare services, outsourcing, healthcare information technology, medical devices and equipment.
